3) PR something
1) Done. Way higher on the swim, a little higher on the bike, and about 100 miles higher on the run.
2) I never got the chance to try since the swim was cancelled, but it would have been very close. I suppose I did hit this goal since I finished in 9:53.
3) Done. The 5K, 10K, and HM, and hit some nice milestones too; Sub-19, sub-40, and sub-90, respectively.
Worth noting is out of the 22 races I did, I placed OA or in my AG in 17 of them, and won my first race. I really couldn't have had a much better year, but I will try in 2019.

Wow Baboon! Those are impressive numbers!
From the Internet.
Well I was too bummed out to set any goals since I started the year off broken, but I had a pretty solid running year after about May.
- Plenty of PRs from half marathon on down (1:41:15 to 1:34:33, 10k 48:46 to 43:28, 5k 21:40 to 21:01, mile 6:01)
- SOOOO CLOSE to sub-6 mile! The fitness is here. I just ran 4800m of intervals around 5:50 pace on Wednesday. I just need to learn to race the dang thing.
- Started conquering my fear of swimming
- Remembered how to ride a bike and that OMG it's FUN!
