Nice picture Dave. Here's one from my June 5k, this is probably at the 2 mile point. We all look so happy (I'm to the right)
You actually look like you're kicking ass.
No more marathons
Dave has some of the coolest race pics.
yep
Boston 2014 - a 33 year journey
Lordy, I hope there are tapes.
He's a leaker!
If looking like hell makes it cool.

From the Internet.
Yo dailies.
My nana is going to hospice, over a staph infection of all things. My younger cat is being a weirdo, we went to the vet yesterday and there's no overt medical reason to worry yet, but I'm worried anyway because that's what I do. So I'm a little stressed at the moment.
Ran 10 with new town running buddies this morning - we had 6 people show up! Accidentally napped on the couch for a while, now I have to go run errands. Maybe jumping into a 5K tomorrow morning. Too bad I didn't race today, the weather was great.
Lauren - Sorry about your nana
i ran 4 before work
I jogged 11 miles this morning pushing a pink hunk of aluminum with a 65 pound bucket as my rider. Training for an October marathon is stupid, lol.....
Ouch!
Neglected to put on Body Glide this AM.
During my shower, all of the expected body parts reminded me of why that's not a good idea on runs over an hour in the summer
Heading out in a bit to take in the new monkey movie.
Expect lots of action and cool visual effects.

I got my 30 mile ride done. Slightly harder than easy effort and pleased with the 18.4 mph speed.

Do you keep track of focus on cadence while riding?
My memories from long ago are that 90 to 110 produced the best results.

I don't pay attention to cadence at all. That being said, I tend to spin slower and in higher gears, usually 80-90 rpm. My main focus on bike workouts is power (watts) and my mph just is what it is. Usually though more watts = more speed.
Warm&fuzzy
Up until a few weeks ago, that meant nothing to me. Now I send you kudos.
Runner with a riding problem.

Nice pics, guys!
Finally went to see SpiderMan. I think the WTF! at the finish was the best part.

Sorry to hear about you Nana, Lauren.
6 and strength training.
Lauren, sorry about your nana.
Pleasantridge, biking is a lot more comfortable than running in the heat.
