I ran a very hot (for New Englanders) 22 miles this morning and somehow I don't even feel all that bad. Higher mileage/consistent mileage doing whatever it's supposed to do, I guess?

Nice work! I am pretty consistent with my mileagè, but a 22 miler really tires me a lot. Actually, I never run 22 milers so you can ignore my comment.
