4500 yard swim (2.5 miles), which will mean about 90 minutes in the pool including rest time. I think of a 4000 yard swim, 100 mile bike ride, and 20 mile run distance equivalents to each other in their respective sports. So today's swim is probably like a 22 mile run but a hell of a lot less tiring.
