18 miles with 2 x 5 mi at MP. Ran all but first 3 with RP which makes these runs so much more enjoyable. MP felt hard but maybe doable. We were on rolling hills by the coast so just tried to keep effort consistent. 48 degrees at the start. Excited for the time change (I'm probably the only one!)
I like the time change, too. Twinsies from another country, another coast, another sex.
I ran 20 with URP, 16 with RRP and 10 with another friend. It was as enjoyable as running 20 can be

I can hardly take Jetta (and Dorian) anywhere in public... Jetta is a nutcase, thankfully a friendly one but still a loudmouth and just overjoyed to be out in public that she has to jump on me after she greets someone. Of course, she would probably do it less if I took her out more often

LRB good luck!!! Can’t wait to see how you do!
6 miles.
Excited for the time change (I'm probably the only one!)
Why are you the only one?

Facebook post by the 2:00 pacer at a half today showed a pic of her official finish time on the laptop - 2:00:00. I guess that’s cool, but shouldn’t you be at 1:59-something?
That is my fear for you. IIRC, it was warm & humid last time.
Yeah but it wasn't Boston-warm. Mid 50's for most of the race, then the sun came up the last 7-8 miles and temps quickly got into the upper 60's. Honestly, for Florida, I would take that again.
Sun didn't come out on my run until the third hour but when it did, wow:
