Left a part out. RW refugees, break out the popcorn, it's a must read.

I know what that is without clicking on it. lol
I learned the hard way to wrap that thing up when I switched to wearing tights.
6.9mi through the park in the wind this afternoon. Trails are piling up with leaves just covering up all the good rocks to trip on.
Registered for my first race of 2018, the Bel Monte 50 miler in Virginia in March. Looks like it's a tough course (an out and back) with lots of vert and rocks. Not too many run it so good potential to podium. Might find another 50k between now and then but just need to get back out into the mountains. Will do that this coming Saturday with 20-25mi.

I googled that years ago, I do not have that. I don't know, some people just have a body part that gets cold, whether it be their feet, legs, hands, arms, neck, ears or head. Mine is my hands. When the temps drop into the 20s, and I'm out running, I have to layer them shits up. The rest of me is fine with single layers, and I wear nothing on my head, ever. Just an ear wrap when it gets into the teens.

+1. Out here it never gets cold enough to have to worry about that. One more thing I do not miss about winter. Although, I had a system.

Hahahahah, that is the most hilarious thread I have ever read! My brother told me of this phenomenon when he was training for his first marathon...can it really get frostbitten???
There is nothing funny about it. And IDK about frostbite, but I have no interest in finding out.
Aw, c’mon, take one for the team
Could be a good science experiment?
Kids: do not try this at home.
Would probably result in immediate expulsion, even though it could be a very good public service.
Exactly!
Congrats to the racers today!
Not a fashion statement but no way I'm freezing my willy.
Looks like CY has one of the names for that "part". Here is a public service for some more and other "parts", (for inquiring minds like yours).
