    Never mind then.  Wink

    I came here this afternoon to post, but was caught off guard by another post.  Been keeping my distance since then.  But after some encouragement from the FB group, I decided to go ahead and post my run.

    4.13 in 38:56

    From DailyMile:

    Lunch run with a coworker/marathon runner. His fastest time was 3:34. This was a slow run for him, and I was shocked I was able to keep up with him, but super happy about it! Feeling more confident in my running than ever before!

    Splits - 9:30/9:25/9:23/9:25

    Don't listen to the a-holes.

    Nice splits!

      @runjerseygirl

        Thank you, guys.  This was by far my best pace for any 3-5 mile run I've ever done.  I guess it pays to run with people who are faster than you.

        Do you even run?

          What do I do on my first night of spring break? Have a glass of wine and order running shoes. Because I don't have enough. It's not like I got new ones last month. Or the month before that. Or anything like that. No not me!

            Spring break!  Stayed late at work so that I wouldn't have to go in over break, then got home late enough that I did my MLR on the treadmill.  9 are done and now it's on to spring break!

            SIAR- Thanks!  I love that picture of Mia.

            Damaris- Hope Trixie is OK!  Good luck tomorrow!

            Oski- Very touching.  Good work.

              Shirfan - That's an interesting run with the short HMP intervals. What's up with that?

              I was aiming for 5K pace, but patches of snow/ice made it slower.
