    Watch out not to like it too much. Weeks turn to months, and getting back at it is tougher than you I would have thought

     

    Yeah, I believe it. I guess I ought to throw something in, but a bit reluctant to get too intense at 70+ mpw if I’m not officially marathon training.

      Even throwing in 3-4 strides a couple times a week will help.

       2024 Races:

            03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles

            05/11 - D3 50K
            05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour

            06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.

        Yeah I will probably do something like that at a minimum, just so my legs remember what fast feels like.
