Yeah, I believe it. I guess I ought to throw something in, but a bit reluctant to get too intense at 70+ mpw if I’m not officially marathon training.

Even throwing in 3-4 strides a couple times a week will help.

Yeah I will probably do something like that at a minimum, just so my legs remember what fast feels like.
