Incidentally, we finally watched Hamilton on Disney+ last night. So good. Nothing else to say about it that everyone hasn't already said, but it pretty much lives up to the hype.

I ran 5.5 on a sunny warm (72 deg.) afternoon.

Dave - as much running as you do, you could run a half marathon tomorrow and do well.

 

I feel that way sometimes, but miles are miles and there is no need to feel horrible while running when there is a good alternative.
