Onemile, nice race yesterday. Is this the one with the tiles? Will you be getting new home decor?

Thanks! I was 5th overall, but only 3rd in my age category, but assuming they take out the top 3 OA from the AG awards I will probably get 2nd. But yes, I should be getting a tile for my effort! 

It was actually a hard fought battle of women in the last 2 miles and I managed to pass 3 of them. One was fading hard. One tried passing me and I re-passed her and then finally I caught the girl who paced off of me for the first 9 miles and then went on ahead.  Minus all of the misery, that part was kind of fun. I had no chance of 4th place, she ran a 1:28 (in a race where the temps were 75 and sunny with a 65 dewpoint at the end)

 

They actually won the game and had it taken from them. The entire state is livid. Except me. The Lions get the short end of every obscure, stupid ass rule the NFL has, and yesterday's head scratching call is just the latest example of that.

I missed all that due to my travel, but just looked it up. FFS, what a gut-punch, it's Calvin Johnson all over again. Plus, I missed out on the Golden Tate fantasy points. But I demolished Baboon in our matchup anyway.
