Of course they do. They have a mouth full of sharp teeth, and will attack humans on some occasions.

I'd also be afraid of wolves, lions and tigers for the same reason.

Moray eels have mouths full of sharp teeth too; lots of things do.  IDK, tiger sharks are supposed to be “worse” than great whites, and we were joined by one for two dives, and he was perfectly tame and friendly. 🤷🏻‍♀️  I’d be afraid to be around wolves, lions, and tigers, but to me sharks are not in the same category.
