      High for the year?

January was higher, when I was training for Myrtle Beach.  I thought I was training for a marathon in November, but probably won't run it after all. I'm fine on short runs, but can't seem to handle long ones ATM. Every long run this cycle has been a disaster.

Seems like whatever you're doing is working. Working well. Big grin

Dude blew us out of the water when running was the priority and he can again if he chose to. He knows it, we all do.

Yeah, it felt good to get there but I think the 21 mile LR kicked my ass harder than I thought... what with stomach bugs and other bugs flying around, my immune system dropped and I'm currently fighting the evil bug this week  and I've got that half marathon this Saturday damn it, the race I haven't missed since 2011.
