Damn, son. So I run my marathon Saturday, and you run yours Sunday. You are going to beat me.

27 years today with Mr. Brilliant. That makes me feel very, very old!
Congrats! Growing old with someone you love has to be the best gift life can give.

That's a lifetime. You poor thing, my condolences.
Congrats. Enjoy your day and weekend!
Happy anniversary! 4.15 scary miles. It took a few days, but I FINALLY got the data from my dive computer to upload to my laptop... and I was so excited to see that I could export it as a .fit file, because then I can get it onto RA (and Garmin, but that didn't work because, well, Garmin). But none of the data transferred... just the time. Boo.

Was there a train involved?
Good morning! I ran 6 daylight miles in kickass weather. 64F with the DP in the 50s, and a light wind. It was so nice that I am looking forward to my LR tomorrow morning. I might even hit double-digits. I went back to the Dr yesterday afternoon to go over the lab results from my physical. ALL my numbers were outstanding. The doc said "you hit the genetic lottery, just keep doing what you have been doing". My blood-pressure has been good all week, with no medication. I am concluding that stress is really bad, and more running and extra homebrew is really good . I hope everyone has a kickass day!

You strike me as aristocrat, rye with marmalade?
When isn't it?
I am feeling weak and extremely lightheaded. I am not sure what is up with that but my food cannot get ready fast enough!
Nice. Are you doing a tune up half?
Funny! It's always involved but I don't always feel it.
I wasn't being sarcastic.
Ah. Well, that is scary. Are you going long Sunday or racing short?

Neither. I'm doing TWO races on Monday. Because I'm an idiot.
