    It's hard to find the mojo to post when I'm not running. I do agree that we need race reports from everyone. I shall live vicariously through them. 😊

      So who want to hear about my strength training? Well, you're ging to anyway Plus a lot of the strength focused sites are crazier than running or just a mechanism to post ass pics. Anyway, I've been using 40 lb dumbbells the last 2 weeks when I do squats and Romanian deadlifts and I used the 30 lb ones plus a 12 lb weighted vest for lunges. If running is going to suck, at least I can say I have gotten stronger.

            I'm starting a new Beachbody plan this week when I feel like it. Only 3 days a week which makes it easier to commit to each week with running.

                About food, I had some great things in London, and no it didn't include fish & chips or a full English breakfast this time around since we have a great British restaurant here with the best of those two, IMO.

                 

                Best breakfast was the egg on toast with truffle oil. I forgot to take a picture, but it looked similar to this, although not as burnt. It was at the airport!

                    For strength training, I've been aiming to do 20-30 min twice per week using the Peloton app. I'll usually run in the morning, then do strength training after work. In fact, I'm off to do that right now! Work meeting 5-630pm BLAH so no time to waste.

                      Fred, my Garmin app just updated.  Stress and steps are sort of hidden. Other than that, it seems to show more performance stats as opposed to lifestyle.  I did click competive athlete in the set up.

                              Good job.  I wish I could find motivation for strength training.  So far, I'm just trying to keep up my running.
