I'd think you'd get a pass for not wanting to run the friendly streets of Hanoi.
207 for me, which included 58 in a disappointing race that turned into waddling in mud for the last 22. Bounced back and ran 26 on trail two weeks later.

Swim - 31.5 miles
Bike - 321.0 miles
Run - 140.2 miles
51.5 hours of training. Solid all around. It's also the fastest avg pace I've had for one month in all three disciplines.

How does the ratio of training miles align with the ratio of distances in a triathlon? Or do the ratios vary by race?
