ROS - I’ll probably do a fall and a spring marathon because I’m dumb. Maybe TCM in the fall, I’ll have to see logistics wise. Either that or I’ll probably run Lakefront
Not so bad. I mean, it hurts, but I can live with "hurt" (for a few days still). I ate pretty much normal for supper and that is very encouraging.
Gonna run commute tomorrow. Try to put my body back in its normal routine with as little meds as possible.
