Baystate - flat and fast and I'll have a huge pack of BQ chasers to hang with!
Former Bad Ass
I don't know about the flat part (as some have told me something is flat or downhill only to do hill after hill all over the race) but I have heard great things about Baystate.

Cool, that's one criteria, the other is weather. And with a date of October 16, chances are good that conditions will not be a negative.
As long as it's "New England flat" (i.e. a bunch of rollers but no major climbs) I'm down with that - it's what I train on all the time anyway! I also live close enough that I could drive up there once or twice between now and race weekend to preview the course.
Now: goal time?

If she is hanging with the BQ chasers I am guessing sub-3:35

Got in another 7.1 miles this evening, first 4.2 miles with Jetta and the final 2.9 miles with Rocky.
Gives me a total of 15.4 miles for today, just wish they would have been together and not cut in half.
