6.5: 3 on flat, twenty mins later 3.5 hilly sidewalk with slight right tilt
same as yesterday, but a bit uncomfortable and slower.
This is an experiment:
a. I normally don’t run on back to back days, except for little warm up runs.
b. Hope to do a little tilt every day.
Hopefully the same 6.5 tomorrow.

What it do, chuckles! It was 45 degrees and raining this morning. I really wanted to stay in bed but I dragged my lazy ass to the track and ran 5.5 miles. I turned in a pretty good run. My legs felt good so I took advantage of that and did an unplanned workout, doing 7 x 800 tempo/400 float. I've got a bike workout on tap today too.

7 miles. Santa Ana conditions, aka fire weather. Humidity is 20% and dropping fast. It's always a weird time to run--temp was 48F but then there's like waves of HOT wind blowing through from the desert.

We have a tentative agreement at work now and am hoping it passes this weekend. It's all stressed me out too much.
Rest day today

Haven't decided about running tonight. I've ran two straight days which has been about my limit. Tomorrow is Halloween though, and I like to be at home to hand out free sugar to the little kids.
Personal Bests:
800M - 2:38 (5/28/13) | 1 Mile -5:54 (5/28/13) | 3K - 11:55 (12/29/12) | 2M - 13:00 (12/1/12) | 5K - 20:00 (4/12/13) | 13.1M - 1:37:24 (2/3/13)
Another chilly morning, about 33 degrees. It’s supposed to be warming up a bit through the week, which also means rain. Oh well. I ran an extra-slow 8 miles, with 10 slightly less slow strides at the end.

5 taper miles for me. Trying not to look at the weather forecast too often. It's been fluctuating as to the high temperature of the day (which will be during the last hour of my race), which has been ranging from 59º to 64º. I'm sure it will keep changing for a while.
Today I had the pleasure of adding a 17 year old male as a driver on my auto insurance policy. Oh, joy.
My condolences to your pocket book
