Did my hour on the spin bike. Same thing seems to happen every night....I do my workout, make and eat dinner, do my chores, pack for tomorrow, and as soon as I finish and sit down to relax, it's instant sleepiness.

4.5 after Pilates. I am not going to break any fast records but the run felt great, even if it was 80F and I was coughing.
