Well, not so super early for me, but forgive my excitement ... That's my second-fastest HM, and nearly an eleven-minute course PR. You?!?!

I have run 3 miles post-5k race and it was torture. I'd just skip the LR altogether this week but that's my attitude lately.
If I can force myself to move quickly getting up, coffeed and bageled, then I could do 3 pre race and 3 post race and call it good enough. But I tend to move slow in the morning, so that probably won't happen.
Freesoul, nice shoes, I like the colors.
lol
Being two weeks out from the race, I would tough it out in its entirety, but a shorter run on the belt wouldn't be the worst thing ever.
Gonna be a windchill of about 2*F tomorrow morning for my run
It was 39 for my run tonight and I was cold.
Congrats, Bluerun!
7 miles for me. It's my first run this week. DH was in the hospital Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. He was extremely anemic. Interestingly, he was having weird visual stuff which is what brought us to the ER but his head CT was clear and then they found out from the blood work they did that he was very anemic. They admitted him right away. He had two units of blood and is still way under normal, but better. This happened about 8 years ago and they never figured out why and it looks like the might be the case again. Ergh.
Super B****
Thanks, guys!!
I just have to say this: Those FREE RACE PHOTOS.

ALL of them?!
Because there really are quite a few. Weird.
Very nice pics. I notice there aren't many women in your pack.
Nice! What's with all the orange shirts?
There weren't many women in general -- more than 75% male overall.
That's the race shirt. Everyone here wears it. Unless you're running for a charity!
