November Mileage Totals (Read 22 times)

From the Internet.

244.5. Back to the training grind after (uh, minimal) marathon recovery but not crushing volume so much right now - gonna be hanging between 50-60 miles/week for the next couple months.

I should probably make up my mind

323 for me which is a PB by around 12 miles

Awesome! How do you feel? It is high mileage, and with recovery days... do they help? Or on the contrary, would it make it easier to do the mileage stretched out on 7 days?

I ran a bit more, but on 30 full days. 336.

I actually only had 1 day off this month I think.  I am definitely feeling it on my legs - usually for Friday and Saturday they are beat. But I have felt decent for my workouts and they have gone well.

We might never know if it's better to train on tired legs or on fresh legs...
