5 miles for me. My sister talked me into trying Crossfit with her. A new place opened and was offering free trial classes. We did that immediately after my run. It was a good workout but I wouldn't pay anywhere near what they wanted to join.

Been on the road all day, first to Pilates, then to do my shakeout run, then to pick my bib except someone had already picked it up (fucking bandits), then to fix that and get a new bib, then the expo, then back home and now getting through SoBe horrid traffic to have dinner with a friend and my dad.
I am tired!

I managed to get in 8.7 miles this evening.... then I managed to get my Tahoe stuck at the bottom of a hill at a parking lot. So I am hoping that I might be able to get it out of there tomorrow or Monday.
