Yet another confusing cat update! Likely is lymphoma after all, though it was weird that there weren't indications of cancerous cells in the cytology report. We have a surgical consult scheduled for tomorrow morning - our vet said that cats tend to respond well to chemotherapy for lymphoma, if they think surgery is the best course of action because she's young and otherwise healthy we'll do that, but trying to shrink it up with chemo will be an option as well. Of all the cancers to have this seems like one of the less dire ones, so I'm hoping we'll be able to get her into remission.

And all this because I noticed her breathing a little funny on Sunday night. Glad I picked up on it before it was too late and I came home to a dead cat.
