We had a substitute teacher for yoga tonight, that was weird. But what was even weirder was that the only other dude in the class openly admittied (while seated next to his wife mind you) that he's a watcher.
He would be known as a creep in my neighborhood, but all the ladies there laughed.

I'm not racing again until it's 50 degrees.
I ran 6 and it was pretty awful. Mostly because of my achilles hurting and a little bit because it was in the 80's and humid.

None of my cool-weather 5Ks happened last year because my stupid calcaneus broke on me. I don't even know what it's like anymore to run a 5K that isn't steaming hot.
I had an 86 day running streak. I ended it (on purpose) yesterday.
