    Good stuff Beth!

I have never run in a decline on a treadmill before LJ, what's that like?

Like going downhill Tongue Mine declines to negative 3. It's nice to have a decline when you are feeling beat up.

You could probably run a 20:00 5k on that thing!

Finally got my run in at sunset/dusk. BUT IT WAS STILL 88 "FEELS LIKE" 93!!! After the SUN WAS DOWN! I am OVER this heat wave uuuuggghh. Slogged through 4 miles. I won't even mention my embarrassing pace. But the breeze picked up a little towards the end and felt nice and there's a thunderstorm moving in. Got to see some pretty cool lightening out over the water and a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline all lit up. The Freedom Tower is still red, white and blue for the 4th. I capped off another 22 mile week. That's 2 in a row Smile

It has been okay in terms of summer running here.  Sticky and wet yes, but not that shit we had last year....not yet anyway.

Jay, you showed those hills who's the man. Sweet 20.26.

jjs22, congratulations on your 15K trail race!

                RSX, excellent 8.11.

                Marjorie, 18.2? You're a beast!

Zelanie, brava on an amazing mileage week.

Rick, I'm glad that your LR went well. When I almost tripped over a bunny when running past BC, I hollered back at it that it was lucky that it's not kosher.

lilac_jive, beautiful ride. Great job on the six.

Rondog65, congratulations on your five-miler! Sweet PRSmile

                B-Plus, amazing sixteen-miler.

scottydawg, I don't know how you run outside every day.

Beth, nice 9.25. Brava on doing it in those terrible condition.

kristin10185, great job finishing four sweaty miles.

I did chest, shoulders, back, triceps, biceps, push-ups, ab work, and 11.1 miles in 1:47:49 on the the TM. 9:43 pace. Two miles at 6.1mph+5x(five minutes at 6.8mph/one minute recovery)+easy fartleking.

Tomorrow, legs/flutes, push-ups, ab work, and seven-eight miles.

Good night, people. I'm tired, fed, and hauling myself to bed.

                B-Plus

Holy hotness Beth! Stay safe out there.
