Great job, everybody.  I did 18 miles on the TM once, I thought I was going to die....

I did my 5.  Breathing is still the pits and I have chest congestion still but they are done!

That is also my treadmill PR, and I don't aspire to ever come close to it again. I was lucky the exercise room was free and I could watch a movie during my run.

    AM - 3 miles @ 9:19

    PM - 11.7 miles @ 7:58 w/ 8 x 800m @ 3:02, 3:03, 3:03, 3:06, 3:02, 3:05, 3:05, 3:03 w/ 2 min recoveries.

Now I'm so FREAKING hungry I'm gonna recovery like a mofo.

Trixie was so comatose and depressed, all shaved up and shit.  They will release her tomorrow (so long as she does not vomit) but I wonder how long it will take for her crazy personality to be back.  Sigh.  I am going to try to work from home on Wednesday or take the day off to be with her.

I shouldn't have said comatose.  She just looked lifeless, like she was not happy.  Of course, she's been in the hospital for almost a week, that would get me depressed too....
