Hey, but I am running a marathon this weekend! CARBO LOADING! Hello?

My 2 @ MP became 2 @ super fast MP. Love that my legs are finally waking up after the double.
Although I am only able to properly warm up and do them once or twice a week, I really like doing high kicks. What I have been working on lately is exhaling when my foot is at its highest point. That is not as easy as it sounds! They are a great dynamic stretch, and the looser your muscles get, the higher you can kick. keep at it, and maybe you will be doing this soon:

Hi dailies:
10.4 in the snowy dark. It was tranquil, humid and warm (as far as snowfalls go), with small flakes silently, politely falling in a light shower from a regional event. Quite different than the usual lake-effect snowflakes - big, clumped, wind-driven bastards intent on piling high and fast.
Trot forecast: 24 and breezy, shorts will be iffy.
