Jack, sorry about your inconvenient injury!

No running for me today.  I used the excuse of the inconvenience of getting keys to our new house last night!  I have been dealing with contractors for a couple of weeks, getting bids, etc, watching Youtube videos to figure out how INCONVENIENT it would be to demolish the family room tile ourselves...I think we've purchased a bit of a project.  Luckily we have a few weeks before we move in.
