Sorry to hear that. While I wouldn't rate it nearly as high as Stirling Castle, I did enjoy walking through it, but this was quite a few years ago.
The gardens surrounding the castle saved the day. We spent about 1.5 hours just looking around.
Not at all. The max we've had so far was 78-79 on Friday, and the lady renting the place brought us a fan in case we were too hot, lol. That was their heat wave up here on the Isle of Skye. It was 68 (max) the day before that, 72 yesterday, and today it's going to be like 60 (max).
