Yep. GW Bush had like a 90% approval rating. Can you even imagine? I do remember how scary things were at first. Were more attacks coming? You just didn’t know.
17 miles with the group at a solid 8:32 avg. Glad to be able to run that kind of pace since my weekday runs have been so slow; the group helps. A lot of people are doing Boston or Chicago and will be tapering now, but there’s a decent-sized CIM contingent that will be keeping up the LRs.

39 miles on the mountain bike today. Two days off from running did wonders for my legs...I felt great. I'm tired now though! Back to running tomorrow afternoon.
