I think I partially figured out my toe problem - I can't walk anymore
I've been walking like 17:30-18:00 miles the last few days, which is unusually slow for me but I didn't think too much about it at first. With the achy toe being dumb I decided this morning that I was strictly going to walk tonight. Figured out about 15 minutes in that the slow pace is because after a few minutes, I start walking with my toe pulled slightly up in my shoe, like my brain is still scared to hurt it. I consciously forced myself to walk normally and pace picked up to 15:30-16:00 instead. I'll spend a few more days walking with full weight on the toe before I decide when I should try to add the run intervals in again - who knows what kind of weird shit my foot is doing at a run if my brain won't even let me walk properly!
20 with 10 at GMP. There's about to be less pizza in the world. Also, I got caught listening to 5th Harmony on my cool down. 2:15 of awesome, but no, walk by my screen during 3 minutes of walking, lol.
I am not sure heat will be an issue next month if current trends continue.

Cool enough that the first 4 of 5 x 1200m actually felt pretty good. The last one was a bear though. It was also the fastest.

I'm afraid running through snow and ice in single digit temps won't help me avenge anything. Just remind me how stupid it is to try to race in that shit.
Had to wait till I got home to find pics from this race. What, this doesn't look like fun?

Got my 10 miles in this evening, at 9:14 min/mile pace. Looking at my log I realize that in the last 30 days I've ran 184.6 miles so close to that 200 mile mark.....damn it.

Lol, I don't see that happening.... I've got 2 more 5 milers, maybe a 3-5 miler on Saturday and then a 20 miler on Sunday, if my legs aren't giving me trouble.
