Most hilarious part of the race.
10 miles, 75 minutes of them at a faster than my usual snail pace. Trying to pick up the pace on my long runs to see if it makes any sort of difference.

Unfortunately, not, since the race started at 5:30am and the park had not opened by then. We corrected that after the race, though! I made IG and FB posts of all the alcohol stops (some, actually, some I didn't, so there were more).

Got in another 6 plus pennies on the TM. Did leg and hip workout before getting on the machine. Need to plan out my week and get back to reasonable miles. The last two weeks have been pretty inconsistent.
HCK in my case, a cheap one.
