I did my 20min walk, 20 min run, 20min walk. And tomorrow I get to do the same. This is the first time in MONTHS that I'll have run 20 min, 2 consecutive days. Fingers crossed, everyone. Well, I guess I actually have to do the run tomorrow for it to count.

I drove to town to get some flat. I ran 6. My leg/glutes hurt, but not enough to stop me. My watch didn't upload the run again, and the laps were lost. The total time/pace did get saved.
