Rock Tape = friend. I've have been having some right knee unhappiness since the RnR HM, sore all the time and wobbly when I go uphill (make Bacon angry ) Stretching and rolling helped, but the Rock Tape seems to keep the moving parts in alignment and the soreness has gone away. TM tonight so I can road test it (well, belt test it)
