I have a 310, 910 and 620. I just use this one indoors! (There's a reason for it, but it won't make sense to anyone but me, so I won't bother trying to explain it.) And hey... I just realized I passed 100 miles for the month. Which is exciting, but sad that it's exciting, because it used to be no big deal to do that.

4 watches!!! Ok, then. I'm shutting up.
Super B****
The saddest part is that I actually like the 620 -- I used to buy a watch a year, until I got that one, because it had everything I wanted in one package. Until the HRM strap started chafing like crazy. The 235 has four data fields + wrist-based HR, so that would solve my problem, but FFS I DON'T NEED ANOTHER WATCH!! (I do use all four that I have. But I guess I'd need to offload the 620 if I got the 235. And I like my 620, dammit!!)

Good afternoon, everyone.
Rick, thank you for starting today's thread. I hope that you had a ball stability training.
Phil and MBC, great run together.
wcrunner2, safe travels.
Damaris, I hope that your LR on the TM was pleasant.
B-Plus, have a fun hilly ten-miler.
still bluesky, have a fun track workout.
HCK2.0, sweet seven with intervals.
BerthaSlayer, excellent work getting through thirteen under fueled miles.
PleasantRidge, nice six.
Hell, that is a really nice double, bluerun.
Cyberic99, bravo on the mileage.
Ric-G, terrific ten.
I did weights and thirty-five minutes on the AMT. I'd planned to do fifteen miles, but arrived at the gym shortly before noon and had nothing but water since before 5:00 p.m. yesterday. Yeah. Running didn't happen. I did weights, downed a Gu (Chocolate Outrage), and did cardio.
I'm off to take a quick shower and finally eat properly.
Geezus! Look out Boston.

I ran to the base of a mountain. Ended up running about 2 miles in about 4-5 cm of snow!
From the Internet.
1496 miles for the year. All I have to do is run a mile a day from tomorrow until January!
Former Bad Ass
lol
You asked for it!
I ran 15 with last 5 @ MP on the TM. Wanted more but I'm coughing non-stop from yesterday so it was best to leave it where I still felt fine.
2500 for the year, boom!

Runner with a riding problem.
Awww, thanks!
No more marathons
I'm really liking this new scosche rhythm+ HRM. Easy to wear, and no spikes or drops. Just wanted to play with it today at the track. Did 4 X 400 (after a suitable warmup of course) - had Garmin set to display HR instead of time and just wanted each interval to be a little higher. Got 151, 154, 157, 161 - with that last one at my current fat old man mile PR pace of about 6:05. IIRC you add 5 to the highest you get in such a workout to get your theoretical max - so 166. That's about on par with a hill workout I did a few years back so probably not too far off. Damn, it's hell getting old.
LRB - Yeah, I'm looking forward to using the HRM in a 5K. Or any race, for that matter.
MTA: Damn Damaris - that's some fine miles.
Boston 2014 - a 33 year journey
Lordy, I hope there are tapes.
He's a leaker!

LOL.
Thanks, bluesky!
Congrats, D!
I ran 11. The only thing about it that didn't suck is the audio book I am listening to.
