I've been doing a DVD-- Cathe Friedrich's Ripped With HIIT series. I've been doing the Legs one, which is a strength exercise followed by a similar plyo. I can post a clip later when I'm not on my phone.

You mean the UST's office is open when the courts are closed? Wow. I ran the Star Wars half marathon yesterday. I'm polishing up the race report and will post it in a few. I've got six miles planned this evening once the tourists and day trippers clear off the beach. Lily.- I appreciate your perspective. It's a race. I've been running too much Disney where it appears to be more about the experience an less about athletic ability.

I tried this and was disappointed.
I was supposed to run a marathon yesterday, but I decided against it. My running has been a farce lately and I don't want to poop marathons just for the sake of saying that I did another one. So: no training, no racing. That's it.
I bet there are a lot of people who wish they could poop out a BQ at any moment.
I ran 5. The first half with my dog. He is such a joy to run with.

5.6 easy but hilly miles done after work. The "big hill" is 1.2 miles with 220' of elevation gain. Enough to feel like work. Anywho, 8:06 pace for the run. Pretty happy with that.

I would like to have a salted caramel about the size of the ones in that picture. Say 1"+ square? Don't care for the hot cocoa, but a handful of those would hit the spot!

I can't remember the last time I took off the day after a race when I wasn't injured, but today I think I will unless a mad fit grabs me later in the evening along with a dose of guilt and remorse. Besides I had enough walking around 3 airports today on my way home.
