Struggled through 3 on the treadmill. Hopefully with the March sun angle (that is all the weather people here keep talking about, after the endless talk pre-storm about the rain-snow line), the snow will go away quickly.

2000 yard swim done after work. My arms and shoulders felt 50 pounds each after all that shoveling yesterday.
