February Goals (Read 38 times)


Mmmmm...beer

    - Stick to my HM training plan (I'm really liking the quality work so far, who knew?)

    - Continue dropping weight, overall goal is to be in the 160s by April (I'll find out where I'm at next week, no access to a scale for the last month, but I'm definitely down)

    - Find a 5k to assess my current fitness and hopefully PR

     

    - Done, mostly, missed a few days here and there, but I've hit pretty much all of the quality workouts so far and I'm really enjoying it.  The VO2 Max workout was harder than I expected, need to give that one a lil more respect next time. Smile

    - Nope, but I've leaned out.  All I can guess is that the speed work is building strength.  Abs are starting to show again, pants are loose, so I know I'm leaner, but the scale hasn't moved.  So long as I get faster, I'll take it.

    - Didn't race in Feb, now that my schedule is a lil clearer (not much lol), I'm looking at a 5k in a couple of weeks.
