This has been a very mixed week so far for me. I had two good trail runs - 9.1 on the Florida Trail in the Ocala NF and 5.6 at Manatee Springs SP last night, but Tuesday we had a horrendous gullywasher thunderstorm, and today was 47 and rainy - so I never got out. Fortunately we had a nice short hike before it started to rain, so at least we got a little exercise.

4 miles (44 laps) for us. Nice streak, SF. I'll have to start a new one to keep up with my miles teammates and taskmaster Docket.
BTW, DD was waddling with the penguins today in SA.

Hi everybody! Good to hear about all your going-ons. Been burning the candle at both ends lately. Work has been very fast paced this week. Slept in today and then skated out early to take advantage of the break in the weather. Just leaving the park now where I ran in CAPRIS and a light long sleeve top. All I have to say is, "Ahhhhh."
