18,588 log book miles. Probably another 4 or 5 hundred that weren't recorded in my two first years of 2008 and 1979.
Probably should keep running until I hit 20,000. At the rate I'm going now that would take about a year and a half.

3.5 recovery run. I would have preferred a simple rest day after intervals yesterday, but Friday is supposed to be t-storms all day, so it makes more sense to make that my RD.
