October Mileage (Read 43 times)

DavePNW

306 miles. I'm right behind onemile and do not plan on staying there.

Oh it's on, baby! You certainly have the edge in that you don't have to worry about any of that pesky taper/recovery for races.

215.6 for me. Highest ever for a month with a marathon in it. But on the year, I'm so far behind the two of you I can't even see you anymore.

HA. When have I ever done 500km a month?  I don't know what my highest ever is but it'd be well under 300.

You know I had to say something sarcastic.. I'm a New Zealander at heart.

          Are we there, yet?

Alright, some have already gotten their final run in on the very last day of October, some haven't.

If I don't get another run in - 100.5 miles for this month.

You just squeaked by me. 100.2 and I had to go out at 9:30 PM to get in 5.1 miles to get that.

87.6 for me, my lowest of the year.  It included marathon recovery and time off for injury.

167.0.  I'm pissed, that would have been closer to 180 if I hadn't gotten the plague the last two days of the month

                      A whopping 202 miles.

                      As in 2.02 miles

                        Year-end projections, anyone?

2343 miles YTD. To get to 2800, I'll need to average 228 for Nov-Dec. Certainly doable for me, but at the high end of where I want to be right now. Not gonna push it. I did 2821 last year, so could beat that if I made a concerted effort to do so. But most likely won't.

                        Dave

144.7 for me, glad to be back in the normal range.  Now if I can get this blister cleared up and get a start on November...

That, and she said she probably wanted to take it easy november and december.

I'm still on track for 5000 km (3100 miles). I've actually caught up to the pace bunny. I'm only 10 miles behind, or so.
