My 5 went well. It felt hot and humid, but that's mostly just the contrast with the cold we've had all winter. By Scotty and Damaris' standards, it was a cool spring day.

Ginny: I ran on the north shore trail by the observatory. It was cold early on but it felt good.
Went to the gym after work and when I got home, I decided to celebrate National Beer Day instead of running. DW reluctantly agreed, but don't tell my miles captain.
