It was 92, feels like 100 today, so I did 8 on the TM. I saw two neighbors out running (one at noon, the other around 5 pm) but I had no desire to be out there. It was bad enough walking the dog.
No, hadn't seen that one. Thanks. They had finish line video of both the 5K and the 10K. If you go to the results page here: http://www.besttimescct.com/results/SENIOR5K_17.HTML and here: http://www.besttimescct.com/results/SENIOR10K_17.HTML and go to the age group 65-69 and click on the video link next to my name (Don Goden) you get to see me in all my glory coming to the finish.

That's pretty cool how they do that. I could see the effects of the heat and humidity on the finishers of the 5k!
Super tired from the wedding yesterday and really didn't feel like running. I ran 6. It wasn't horrible. Except for the part where I found two ticks on my shoe after running on a narrow shoulder with tall grass. I hate those damn things
That's good for something yummy to eat guilt free. A grilled cheese with extra cheese perhaps?

I feel you on the no desire to be out there.
