10 miles with 3x2k + 2x400m. Not quite where I wanted them to be for the first two reps (both 6:54), but better for #3 (6:42). And had enough left to hammer the 400s (6:10, 6:02). Tied my streak PB at 220 days; previous one averaged 7.8 miles/day, this one is 9.3.
