    That was a few months after the great migration of 2012. Since then I log onto RA with my netbook right at my desk in full view of of my boss*. When I'm in the field I'm on my cell, which is from 10:00 to like 4:00.

     

    *I am quite the rebel in real life, you would be surprised.

      Unfortunately, I tend to have great cycles and bad marathons.  Can the asthma just get her shit together?  At least the blood pressure finally knows not to fuck with me.

        Oski, how is the new job? Does it look promising, despite the restricted internet access?

         

         

        It's good, so far I like it.  Much happier than I was at my last gig.   Though I don't even have access to my gmail, so that is pretty annoying.   I mean, NO GMAIL?  Ugh.

                              The key was the recoveries. You slowed them way down as the workout progressed and it showed in each subsequent interval, allowing you to finish strong. Very smart.
