Very tired here too. Need a nap. Zzzzzz.
Take Charge. Train Harder. Suck Less. No Excuses.
I'm so over summer. But we still have a long way to go.
Thanks for the b day stuff
Van, summer is only 3 more weeks for me in minot
-- Ice, I could ice for hours
Yup, won't be too long before the snowfalkes fly. And I think you are further north than Tim.
I beleive so
Former Bad Ass
Morning! My chest is asthma congested, thanks to the headwinds I got during my speedwork yesterday. All those dustmites inside me must be wrecking havoc, ugh.
Damaris
Fibromyalgia Fighter
Morning.
Relentless forward progress
Run to live; live to run
meetings all day. Nice run this am. Saw a girl running in ballet flats and regular cloths. She probably did 2 miles. Odd get up to go for a run in.
Marjorie
It's raining still (4 days now), and I have fallen twice today. Fortunately, I have ended up both times doing squats instead of falling on my ass, but I am sure this will hurt tomorrow!
No more falling.
Marjorie, at least she was running.
Yo Pam!
Neil, when do you move up north?
Picked up daughter's senior picture proofs today. We have until Monday to make our pics. And they sent home a 16x20 B/W art print for us to salivate over for the weekend. I suspect I'm going to need a part time job to pay for this.
I will graduate 24 July, drive to Illinois for a few days, then be at Minot Aug 9th to start my new job.
Awesome!
I ran my 4. No knee twinges!
I just realized something now. Since I started running and involved with Runners World OL, or this group, I have done the following:
Graduated college Dec 08
Deployed and earned my Enduring Freedom medal (reservist) Dec 08 - May 09
Unemployed / part time military Jun 09 - Sep 10
Full time design engineer / reservist Sept 10 - Oct 12
Became an Air Force Officer (active duty) and went to school again Oct 12 - now
And now until who knows when I will be an ICBM operator for the Air Force. I sure have put up with a lot of shit but it's paying off very nicely now.
Drink up moho's!!
And in what about 19 months you will no longer be a butter bar.
Wow! That's a lot of life changes, Neil!
