6 1/2 hours of sleep. Not enough. But it is what it is. Not sure where I'm running today. Maybe the gym again. Anotheo non humid run sounds appealling. Back on my vitamin supplements and I'm strating to feel better. Latuh.
Not really. They are begging him to stay (which he won't), so he demanded he be paid through last week if they want him to stay until the end of the month. So, they are giving him a check tomorrow. They owe him 6 weeks of patients! Fuckers.
This all changes by the hour!
6.50 hours of sleep would be a dream to me. I barely make it to 4-5. Ugh. We are all sleep deprived!

Well, I solved part of my motivational problem last night. One of the things that pushes me is to do epic shit. That's why I've done some of the crazy running events that I have (17 marathons in a year in 17 different states, the 24 hour races, the 72 hour race, etc). I've been making plans with some local friends to do a R2R2R run in the Grand Canyon, and it finally all came together last night. Next spring, mid April, Easter Weekend. 46 miles round trip, about 10000' of both elevation ascent and descent. Original goal would probably be about 15 hours. And now I have another epic adventure to look forward to, LOL.
