Got out on a 4 mile trail run with the locals tonight. New trail for me, and should have done it twice, but the skeeters were bad. As in, if you stopped, you'd be swarmed. Blech.

Hammy is addicted to his meds! Well the pill pocket. If he hears the pop of us opening his pill bottle he sprints into the kitchen to get it. Silly dog!

Our first Basset did have a med problem. He thought they were treats. Never had to hide the med in anything or trick him. Just handed them to him and he would eat them up. He was a bit of an odd doggie......
Stupid Hershey learned to eat the pill pocket AND LEAVE THE PILL ON THE FLOOR!!!!!
