I would feel like a dork hanging up my one medal for an 8k. So it's sitting in a little pile on my dresser.

we got out the prescription stuff and Quincy is fine now. He woke me up at 2 am to go out but no more runny poop. Today he has been fine.
Now no more doggie tummy issues!

Two full hours of yard work. It looks good. Barely made a dent though, have at least another couple of days to get everything ready for winter.
Vet visit was expensive.
Poor doggie has a skin issue so he is on antibiotics for that plus I have to give him 2 baths a week with anti-bacteria shampoo. Somehow he managed to get hookworms and coccidia as well. I have to take him back in 3 weeks to get checked and then we can get him his vaccines.

I cut the grass for hopefully the last time of the year today as well after I got home from the vet. We have never caught him doing it but the vet suggested that he got it from eating his feces so I wanted to get the yard cut so I can see as much of it as I can in the morning when I go on the pooper scooper detail.
Yep doggies are expensive.

I have not decided. I think my mind is scared. We'll see. My best marathon was on a day where I ran by effort. Maybe I'll do that.
