Hi, guys. I did 7 miles today. Longest run in two months. My recovery is going excellent.

I got snowed in again yesterday. But so far my streak of "remember to fill the tub = no loss of power" remains intact!
When it's all said and done, no one remembers how far we have run. The only thing that matters is how we have loved.
My mom used to do that before every hurricane that never left us waterless. The one time she didn't was Hurricane Hugo and we were without power and water for close to three weeks. My mom's fault, clearly.
